Latest news....Alec Carpenter of ARK Hot Rods has offered his services to install the powdercoated front suspension, tie the frame and install the rollcage. His shop is located in Plain City Ohio (614 873 4685) www.arkhotrods.com. We also recieved a chrome oil pan , chrome alt., electric water pump set up, traction bars, gear lube and rear control arms from Mr Gasket/Lakewood. Also looks like Trailex trailers is going to let us use an open alum. car trailer to haul the Camaro around. They are located in Canfield Ohio (330 533 6814). We will keep all you auto geeks up to date.

Thanks to "Akron" Arlen Vanke the Camaro is back in Columbus Ohio. On his way from his home in Michigan to the Chrysler Classic here in Columbus he picked it up and delivered it to us. The next step is to gut the interior so we can tie the frame and add a roll cage. The seats will be redone and the rear seats will be pitched. We were donated some front suspension parts that are powder coated and these will be added. We also will be adding polished alum. in the engine compartment. We will keep you all posted. New sp[onson on board is J & E Pistons (forged pistons, rings and pins).

Since the Camaro is not yet finished we will NOT be raffling off the Showhauler motorhome in 2005. The new target date for the Camaro raffle is Dec. 31st. 2006. Sorry for the delay but building a car and getting the parts and labor free has really taa LONG time. We will keek all you Auto Geek people posted.

Chevy 12 bolt rear housing with Moser 33 spline axels with 3" studs, 373 ratio Richmond gear set, Eaton 33 spline posi unit, 4R series yoke, T.A. support rear cover, billet steel ends on the housing, SSBC Force Ten calipers and plated rotors, Lakewood adjustable rear panhard rod, Eagle wheels and Dunlop GT tires. This IS a very strong rear. All work was done at DTS Custom Service 4052 S. State Road (M66), Iona, Michigan 48846. Phone (616) 877-0100.

The 12 bolt rear is in and it looks great. Moser axels and SSBC Force Ten disc brakes on the rear. We have had donated to us some powder coated front suspension parts. The next step in this never ending project is to take the car from Ionia Michigan (DTS shop) to Livonia Michigan to the Club Conceptz shop where they will be fabricating the roll cage and building a pro stock style rear spoiler. Also we went to the SEMA show in Las VEgas and talked to several new sponsors for our project.

We have postponed the give away date for the Camaro untill June of 2005 at the Children's Miracle Network telethon. We are, however, going to raffle off the 24' Pace Shadow GT/ Daytone trailer Dec. 31st at Children's Hospital here in Columbus Ohio. Tickets are available now and the cost is $5.00. We went to the SEMA show this last week and gathered up some new sponsors. Race Deck is one of them. They are supplying the floor covering for the trailer as well as a booth inside the 2004 SEMA show (we will set up in there booth at the show).
